It is your responsibility to return items in a secure and safe manner, please ensure that the postage delivery covers the insurance value of the items as we will not be held responsible for lost items being returned to us.

All items purchased from Lee Valley Cycles will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer offers different warranty terms but this will normally cover faults and defects but will not cover problems caused by poor fitment/assembly by the customer.

How To Return Your Item
Lee Valley Cycles will not cover the cost of items returned if you have changed your mind on an item.

If your item is being returned due to a fault the return cost will normally be covered by us, the amount of return costs will be agreed and arranged by Lee Valley Cycles once a fault return number has been issued by us.
Do not return an item for fault claim without first receiving confirmation and a returns number first.

If you need to return an item please include your proof of purchase we cannot offer refunds without proof of purchase.
